Biography of Felix Sadare, Fina Trust Microfinance bank Chief Risk officer.
Sadare Felix started banking in 1991 at the then Nigerian American Merchant Bank now FCMB where he spent 4 years before joining DCNL, a construction company where he spent more than 8 years as head of Accounts. Thereafter, he joined IMFB in 2007 as Deputy Head of Risk Management Group of the Bank with over 56 staff reporting to him from 20 states of the federation under his supervision. In 2009, he moved to BIMFB as Manager and Head of Credit and Collections department.

He has attended various trainings on credit, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), customer's relation, management etc. He is an Associate Member Chartered Institute of Economist (ACE), Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB). He was the Regional Manager for Lagos Operations at Blue Intercontinental Microfinance Bank. He is currently the Chief Risk Officer at Fina Trust Microfinance Bank.
